Luna Event Group was incredibly proud to work alongside L'Oréal Australia and Romano Beck to deliver the L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women In Science Awards evening for 2021.
The L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science initiative began in 1998 and since that time the L’Oréal Foundation and UNESCO have strived to support and recognise accomplished women researchers, encourage more young women to enter the profession and to assist them as they progress their careers.
In 2021, the program recognised four Australian and one New Zealand Fellow, each being awarded a $25,000 fellowship. Congratulations again to Dr Jiawen Li, Dr Mahdokht Shaibani, Dr Pip Karoly, Dr Kirsty Nash and Dr Olivia Harrison.
